Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Lottery Oracle ("the Service") operated by Lottery Oracle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lottery Oracle. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

Lottery Oracle is an entertainment and statistical analysis tool. It uses historical lottery draw data to surface frequency patterns and generate number combinations for entertainment purposes only.

No prediction of future results. Lottery draws are random events governed by chance. No analysis, algorithm, frequency model, or pattern recognition system — including ours — can predict or improve the odds of any future draw. The Service makes no claim to do so, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a prediction, guarantee, or representation that any generated numbers will match any future drawing.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Powerball, Mega Millions, or any state or national lottery commission.

3. No Gambling Advice

The Service does not constitute gambling advice. We do not recommend that you purchase lottery tickets or spend any amount of money on lottery games. If you choose to play the lottery, you do so entirely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Oracle Prime Subscription

Oracle Prime is a paid subscription tier that unlocks additional features including unlimited conjuring, access to all supported lottery games, and ticket saving.

Price: $7.99 per month, billed monthly.
Billing: Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Changes to pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not share your account with any other person.
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or subscription enforcement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Service.
Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage.
Manipulate, tamper with, or attempt to bypass subscription or conjure-limit enforcement.
Use the Service in any jurisdiction where lottery participation or related services are prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the Oracle scoring engine — are the property of Lottery Oracle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Historical lottery draw data used by the Service is sourced from public government datasets and is not claimed as our property.

8. Draw Data Accuracy

Lottery Oracle syncs draw results from public data sources automatically. While we make every effort to keep draw data current and accurate, results may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect due to data source outages or sync timing.

Always verify winning numbers on the official lottery website for your game before making any financial decisions. Official sources include powerball.com, megamillions.com, and your state lottery's official website. Lottery Oracle is not responsible for any losses or decisions based on data displayed on this Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. DRAW DATA MAY BE DELAYED OR INACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERBALL ORACLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
