This Privacy Policy describes how Lottery Oracle ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our website and services. By using Lottery Oracle you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use our service:

Account information: Email address and display name provided during sign-up or via Google sign-in.
Usage data: Games accessed, tickets conjured, and conjure count (used solely to enforce daily limits for free accounts).
Saved tickets: Lottery number combinations you choose to save to your account.
Subscription status: Whether your account holds an active Oracle Prime subscription, managed through Stripe.
Home state preference: The state you select in the app to determine which lottery games are shown.

We do not collect your full name, phone number, physical address, payment card details (those are handled entirely by Stripe), or any government-issued identification.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
To sync your saved tickets and preferences across devices.
To enforce daily conjure limits for free-tier accounts.
To manage and verify your Oracle Prime subscription status.
To send transactional emails (e.g., password reset) through Firebase Authentication.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Functions hosting. Firebase Privacy

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Saved tickets and preferences are deleted when you delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know: You may request details about what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.

6. Children's Privacy

Lottery Oracle is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

7. Security

All data is stored in Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is controlled by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy
